Business Partner Franchise Corporation's management team has created and implemented an easy to learn training system that empowers franchise owners with every available advantage for success. Franchisees receive 40 hours of comprehensive hands on study at our corporate offices in Irwin, Pennsylvania, plus an additional 40 hours of assistance at your location at grand opening time.

As a Business Partner franchisee, you are in business for yourself but not by yourself. From greeting customers to handling day-to-day operations you'll learn all the aspects of running your new Business Partner Center.

We provide pre-planning assistance and advice in site selection, financing, equipment leasing, facility design and construction, operations and training. After 90 days a representative will return to your center to ensure operating efficiency.

Business Partner is dedicated to helping our franchisees evolve by offering the latest in business, information, and communication technologies as we continue to evolve and find new ways to increase profitability of our centers.

We supply virtually everything you need to open your new center, including furniture and fixtures, wall graphics and initial inventory. You'll receive the most practical and efficient equipment currently available. You'll have everything you need to start generating sales the first day you open.

Comprehensive advertising and marketing programs will be provided including pre-produced television & radio commercials, print ads, full color direct mail pieces and brochures.

You'll receive up-to-date guidelines for personnel management, suggestions on motivating your employees and assistance in evaluating candidates. You'll also be provided with examples of compensation programs designed to motivate and retain your staff.

Our technical support personnel will assist you in the areas of file conversion, full-color graphics implementation, developing e-media capabilities and ensuring that your in-store technology is state-of-the-art. To answer your software and hardware questions, technical support is available via a dedicated phone line or through email. Troubleshoot as needed or for general consultation on the latest technology.
